TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. For each students’ book editions, schools are required to purchase a minimum of one (1) Teacher's Book Edition. This requirement applies to the initial purchase of the book for that specific grade and may be waived for repeat orders. Student Book Editions and or Student workbooks must be ordered according to the number of students enrolled in the respective subject in that school year.
2. All prices are based on the latest published catalogue and are subject to change without prior notice. The latest updated prices are always available on the kairos.acsiap.org website. Prices already include Customs Processing, Handling Fees, and insurance.
3. Shipping costs are not included and will be calculated separately based on the shipment destination, weight, and dimensions. ACSI Asia Pacific reserves the right to determine the shipping carrier and delivery method unless otherwise agreed.
4. Delivery schedules are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, shipping conditions, or circumstances beyond the control of ACSI Asia Pacific.
5. Payments may be made in either Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or United States Dollars (USD) to the bank account listed above.
6. A 35% deposit is required before imported textbook orders are processed. Full payment must be received no later than one (1) week prior to shipment.
7. Proof of payment must be submitted to eduresources@acsiap.org. Any applicable bank charges, transfer fees, or other related charges shall be borne by the purchaser.
8. ACSI Asia Pacific members are eligible for discounts of up to 25%, subject to membership status and product eligibility.
9. Claims regarding missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be submitted within two (2) working days of receipt. Proof of claims must include photos and videos (unboxing), and approved returns must be shipped via Lion Parcel, and ACSI Asia Pacific reserves the right to verify all claims before issuing a replacement, account credit, or refund.
10. All confirmed Order Form, Purchase Orders (POs) or processed orders are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.
